User Agreement & Operating Guidelines
By accessing or shopping on Solozora, you agree to comply with these terms, our privacy policy, and return guidelines. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian to place orders on Solozora. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Product Pricing & Availability
All product prices displayed on Solozora are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT. While we strive for 100% catalog inventory accuracy, prices and stock availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order verification.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification
For Cash on Delivery orders, our automated verification system or customer care team may place a phone call or send an SMS OTP to confirm shipping address details before dispatching the parcel.
4. Order Cancellations & Delivery
Customers may cancel an order free of charge before the item is handed over to the courier. Once dispatched, the shipment is subject to our 7-Day Return and Refund Policy.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and all transactions on Solozora are governed exclusively by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dhaka.
